Data Deletion

At Stylofy we offer you full control over your personal data. You can request the deletion of part or all of your data without needing to delete your account.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Open the Stylofy app on your mobile device (Android or iOS).
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Tap the "Profile" icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  4. Access your information sections (Personal Data, Physiognomy, My Tastes, My Sizes).
  5. Clear the optional fields you no longer want to share and save the changes.
  6. For data you cannot manage directly, contact us at [email protected].

Data You Can Delete

Profile Data (optional)

  • Second surname and additional text fields
  • Biography or personal descriptions
  • Profile photo
  • Date of birth

Created Content

  • Product collections
  • Created looks and outfits
  • Saved products and favorites
  • Photos of clothes uploaded to your closet

Activity Data

  • Search and usage history
  • Interactions with products and looks

Communication Data

  • Notification and marketing preferences
  • Support messages (except those required by law)

Data That Will Be Retained

The following data may be retained for legal, technical or security reasons:

  • Authentication data: Necessary to keep your account active. To delete them, you must delete your entire account.
  • Transaction records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax obligations.
  • Anonymized data: Aggregated data that does not allow identification.
  • System backups: Deleted data may exist in backups for up to 90 days.
  • Data required by law: Any data we must retain under applicable legislation.

Deletion Timeframes

  • Personal data: 7-14 days from the request
  • Backups: Maximum 90 days
  • Transaction records: 7 years (legal obligation)

You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.

Delete Full Account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data permanently:

  1. Open the Stylofy app and log in
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account
  3. Confirm the deletion

You can also request deletion by email at [email protected] from the address associated with your account.

Important: This action is irreversible. All your data, looks, collections and preferences will be permanently deleted.
