- Open the Stylofy app on your mobile device (Android or iOS) and make sure you are logged in with the account you want to delete.
- From the header (top area) of any screen, tap on your Profile section to access your profile page.
- In the "MY ACCOUNT" section, tap on "Personal Data" to open the screen where your basic information is managed.
- Inside Personal Data, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the "Delete account" option. The app will show you a notice explaining what this action entails.
- Read the information carefully and confirm the permanent deletion by following the on-screen instructions.
Account Deletion
At Stylofy we respect your privacy and offer you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, follow the steps below.
Steps to Delete Your Account from the App
Can't Access the App?
If for any reason you cannot access the app but want to delete your account, you can contact us by sending an email from the same address associated with your account to [email protected], with the subject line "Account Deletion".
We will verify your identity and process the request manually.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data associated with your profile will be permanently erased:
- Personal profile information: name, surnames, date of birth, gender and other profile data.
- Style data and preferences: height, weight, body shape, skin tone, sizes, favorite styles and brands.
- Created content: generated looks and outfits, collections, saved products and favorites.
- Uploaded photos: face and body photos used for the virtual fitting room or to generate your virtual mannequin.
- Activity history: interactions linked to your account, history of generated looks and service usage.
- Authentication data: user identifier and link with login providers (Google, Apple).
- Subscription data: the relationship between your user and the active plan on Stylofy.
Data That Will Be Retained
The following data may be retained for legal or technical reasons:
- Transaction records: Will be retained for the period required by law (generally 7 years) to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Anonymized data: We may retain aggregated and anonymized data that does not allow identification, used solely for statistical analysis.
- System backups: Data may exist in backups for a maximum period of 90 days before being permanently deleted.
Retention Period
- Personal data: Most will be deleted within 30 days of the request.
- Backups: Maximum 90 days from the request date.
- Transaction records: 7 years (legal obligation).
You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.
Important
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once the process is complete, you will not be able to recover your data, collections, looks or any other content associated with your account.
If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it before deleting your account to avoid additional charges. You can manage your subscription from your Google Play or App Store settings.
